The restaurant, that used to be a small farm, has kept his countryish and charm in a pleasant and rustic interior that is split in 4 stylish and intimate rooms. You will experience the soul of José Vermeersch (you can ask for information cc the original dinner set of José Vermeersch). Sébastien was trained at the Hotelschool in Koksijde and passed his stage in ‘t Convent before he completed his culinary skills in top restaurants such as Comme Chez Soi, Hof van Cleve and Pierre Gagnaire. Rudi and Sonja are very proud that their daughter Sharon will act as a hostess and as manager for the restaurant, hotel and wellness center. |
