Chef Sébastien, Sharon’s friend, is assisted by chef Rudi. It’s every chef’s dream to pass his knowledge to the upcoming, talented generation.

Sébastien was trained at the Hotelschool in Koksijde and passed his stage in ‘t Convent before he completed his culinary skills in top restaurants such as Comme Chez Soi, Hof van Cleve and Pierre Gagnaire.
When he was working in ‘t Convent he fell for the charms of the daughter Sharon.

Rudi and Sonja are very proud that their daughter Sharon will act as a hostess and as manager for the restaurant, hotel and wellness center.
She learned all the aspects of the business and receiving guests is a born gift of Sharon.
